- Chapter 13 bankruptcy - Those who are not eligible for Chapter 7 bankruptcy may still qualify for Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Chapter 13 bankruptcy helps get people back on track with debts and tries to keep mortgage, tax debt and car payments current.
