• Chapter 7 bankruptcy - We helps those people who are facing overwhelming debt and are struggling to stay afloat. We will help them get a fresh start and take charge of their financial lives.
• Chapter 13 bankruptcy - Those who are not eligible for Chapter 7 bankruptcy may still qualify for Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Chapter 13 bankruptcy helps get people back on track with debts and tries to keep mortgage, tax debt and car payments current.
• Divorce - There are no winners in divorce, but at our firm, our goal is to help clients come out as emotionally intact as possible. We work with clients to make decisions that are in the best interest of both parties and any children involved. Attorney Eden J. Allyn is certified in collaborative practice.
